Conferencing Rally Bar Hire

Huge thanks to Brisbane City Council and the Lord Mayors Better Suburbs Grant.  The Lions Club of Brisbane West are excited to offer the ability to connect more widely and easily with your community through technology that enables anyone to attend a Face to Face meeting from a device anywhere on the planet.  Sometimes the people who want to connect with our Schools, Churches and Community Clubs find they have to sacrifice their personal goals due to limited time, transport, health and family/work commitments.  If you find people are struggling to attend Face to Face meetings for these reasons this technology enables people to connect with your important community work from the comfort of home, work or anywhere in the world.  By providing more opportunities for the community to stay connected and involved in our local Community Groups, Schools and Churches we are providing enrichment not just personally but improving the wider community by having more people involved in community life.

Included in Your Hire: Logitech Rally Bar (Full Size), 7.0 metre CAT5e Ethernet Cable, How to Use Instructions, Power Cable, HDMI cable, Remote control.

Hire Fee: $10 per hour, Daily rate (8am-5pm): $100, Overnight (5pm to 9am): $60. Email secretary@lionsbrisbanewest.club for a quote.

Security Bond: $250 paid upfront with your Hire Fee and refunded upon return of undamaged unit at the end of hire agreement date.

To Hire You Will Need to provide or have access to the following items AT YOUR MEETING LOCATION:

1. Laptop with USB-A and HDMI Port with Wifi or Hotspot access

2. Access to Internet/Ethernet Port (Wi-fi in the unit is NOT available)

3. Access to Power Supply

4. Access to Screen/TV with HDMI Port. Note: Only required if you want Face to Face attendees to see who is attending the meeting online

Hiring Procedure:

Step 1: Check the Calendar below to find out if the Rally Conferencing Bar is available for hire at your required time  

Step 2: Complete the Equipment Hire Agreement. Download here: Equipment Hire Agreement

Step 3: Email your booking request and the completed hire agreement to secretary@lionsbrisbanewest.club along with your name and contact details.  You can also enquire to this email first as well.

Step 4: Await response to confirm Booking Request is Approved. Proceed with Booking Payment and email receipt to secretary@lionsbrisbanewest.club

Step 5: We will organise with you directly pickup and return of the Rally Conferencing Bar.
