The results from our previous conversations have highlighted four main Topics for the Club to focus on and work with members of the community to achieve as follows: -

1.  The need for a local Community Centre/Hub in Moggill/Bellbowrie & Kenmore

2. The need for another Public High School

3. The need for improved Transport

4. The need for a Community Battery   

5. The need to improve our sense of community through Placemaking

Do any of these initiatives resonate with you?  If so, we would like you to contact our Club to be part of a volunteer working group to achieve it.  Members of our Lions Club are all Volunteers passionate about our community – but we can’t do it without support from local residents.

The Community Infrastructure and Wellbeing Committee has thoroughly enjoyed our conversations so far meeting with residents keen on making a positive difference in their community. By taking the time to share your aspirations you have directly contributed to improving social cohesion within your community.
